PROFILE
Margarida Palma Raposo is a Trainee Lawyer at Victoria Associates. She first joined the firm in July 2023 as a Summer Intern, an experience that was subsequently extended that was extended due to her performance and integration into the team.
Margarida earned her Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon in July 2025 and commenced her traineeship with the Portuguese Bar Association in September 2025, which is scheduled to conclude in September 2026.
EXPERIENCE
As a Trainee Lawyer, Margarida provides comprehensive support to Victoria Associates across a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on civil litigation, commercial law, and contractual issues. Her responsibilities include assisting in procedural strategy, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting negotiations and case preparation for both national and international clients.
She has been particularly active in civil and commercial matters, contributing to contract drafting and review, advising corporate clients, and collaborating on pre-litigation and litigation proceedings. Additionally, Margarida works across other areas of dispute resolution, assisting with research, strategic assessments, and overall case preparation.
