PROFILE

João Nuno Frazão is a lawyer qualified in Portugal, admitted to the Portuguese Bar Assocation in 2016.

João holds a PhD in Law (International Law) from NOVA School of Law / NOVA University Lisbon (2025). João is a founding member and co-coordinator of SPARC – Space Law Research Centre at NOVA School of Law (since 2018) and also a member of ESCL – European Centre for Space Law (since 2019).

EXPERIENCE

João is a lawyer admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association as a fully qualified lawyer since 2016, holding professional licence nr. 55565L, without any interruption or suspension, and with no disciplinary, ethical or deontological sanctions or reserves.

Before joining Victoria Associates, João has developed his activity in different contexts, including a tier one law firm in Portugal. He has been working mainly in the fields of litigation and contracts, having additional experience on communications, regulatory, administrative law and public procurement.
